My Story
For more than 22 years I have been practicing holistic medicine using acupuncture and hypnosis in Central Florida. I have worked with conditions such as pain, anxiety, depression, addiction, quitting smoking, weight loss. I am also a Master Life and Health coach of 17 years. Coaching helps the individual become their best self weather that pertains to health, improving or accomplishing a personal goal or business.

~Fl. licensed Acupuncture Physician. Doctor of Oriental Medicine. Primary Care Physician.  Attended The Florida College of Integrative Medicine in Orlando, Fl. and graduated  Summa Cum Laude in 2002.   Holds a Bachelor of Professional health studies, and a Master of Oriental Medicine degree.

Acupuncture FAQ's

1. Does acupuncture hurt?
   No.  Acupuncture is performed with hair-thin neeles.  It is very relaxing.  Most people fall asleep during treatment.​

2.  Where do you put the needles?
    Needles are inserted to specific acupuncture points, usually below the elbow, knees and along the back.

3.  How should I prepare for my acupuncture treatment?
     Wear comfortable clothes and eat a light snack before youe appointment so you can be comfortable and relaxe during your session.

4.  What are the benefits of acupuncture?
    Acupuncture is a time proven, safe, drug free way to help heal the body.  It promotes blood flow and improves the immune system.  It is also a way for the              doctor to see immediate responses and adjust the treatment where needed.

1. What is a life coach?
    A life coach helps the client navigate through personal matters such as emotional health and wellness.  A life coach helps people solve a problem such as time management, anxiety,stress, weight issues, or business

2. How can a Life coach help me?
    A Life coach help the client reach their full potential and accomplish goals.

3.  What are the benefits of having a coach?
      Coaches hold you accountable, they help you to manifest your goals.  Coaches provide you support and help you create a plan to acheive your goals.


Hypnotherapy FAQ's  

1.  What  is hypnosis?
     Hypnosis is like guided meditation in that we want to calm the "monkey mind" and reach the subconcous mind in order to instill positive ideas to benefit the         client.

2.  Can anyone be hypnotized?
      Yes.  Hypnotherapy is very simply a relaxed state that anyone can experience.

3.  What can hypnosis help?
     Hypnosis can help with addictions such as smoking, improve eating habits, reduce stress and anxiety.  Hypnosis can help with overcoming phobias such as             fear of flying, dogs, clowns just to name a few.
