What your going to get:
Online appointments with recommendations for your individual needs with an experienced Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Acupuncture Physician, Herbalist, Hypnotherapist, Master Life & Health Coach.
Initial appointments usually last about 1 to 1 1/2 hour. We charge by appointment, not by the hour so whatever amount of time you need, you get.
At the time of your appointment we will recommend any herbal, vitamin, mineral supplements, along with any suggested lifestyle and dietary changes, exercise and or self massage that may benefit your health concern and lifestyle.
The initial appointment generally requires more time to discuss individual needs.
Follow up appointments generally last for about 45 minutes to an hour, at which time we will re-access your case and make any necessary changes you may require.

I offer one on one and small group sessions of Iyengar yoga. Theses sessions are therapeutically based depending on your needs in relation to proper form and breath. Through Yoga, breath and a healthy lifestyle you will maintain your optimal health and flexibility.
