💫 How the Referral Program Works
When you refer a friend or family member to 4 Winds Medicine:

• You receive $25 off your next visit
  ✔ Awarded when your referred patient completes their first paid service
• You receive an additional $25 off
  ✔ When that referred patient completes their sixth visit

✨ That’s up to $50 in appreciation credits per referral.

🌀 Eligible Services
Referral credits may be applied toward:

• Acupuncture
• Functional Medicine visits
• Hypnotherapy
• Health Coaching services

(Credits may not be redeemed for cash and cannot be applied to supplements, lab testing, memberships, or discounted promotional packages unless otherwise stated.)

📝 Referral Validation

• Referral must be noted at the time of the new patient’s intake
• Referral forms or digital confirmation must be submitted for validation
• Credits are applied after qualifying visits are completed

💳 Program Guidelines

• Referral credits are non-transferable
• One referral credit may be applied per visit unless otherwise approved
• Referral credits do not expire but may be modified at the discretion of the practice
