- You receive $25 off your next visit
✔ Awarded when your referred patient completes their first paid service - You receive an additional $25 off
✔ When that referred patient completes their sixth visit
🌀 Eligible Services
Referral credits may be applied toward:
- Acupuncture
- Functional Medicine visits
- Hypnotherapy
- Health Coaching services
📝 Referral Validation
- Referral must be noted at the time of the new patient’s intake
- Referral forms or digital confirmation must be submitted for validation
- Credits are applied after qualifying visits are completed
💳 Program Guidelines
- Referral credits are non-transferable
- One referral credit may be applied per visit unless otherwise approved
- Referral credits do not expire but may be modified at the discretion of the practice
